Terms of Service

TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONDITION OF SALE: All products sold or distributed by AEI Electech Inc. (DBA MEMORYFAB.COM) are subject to a 20% re-stocking/cancellation fee. No type of extended warranty will be offered. No full refunds will be offered.

PRICING: Memoryfab.com catalog and pricing mistakes are not our responsibility and will not be honored. Product specifications and pricing are subject to change without notice.

PAYMENT: Cashier checks, money orders, cash or credit card is accepted. Returned checks will be charged a $20.00 returned check fee (each time) and the customer can be liable for up to three times the value of the check written.

DAMAGES: Freight/Shipping Damage Under the Law of the United States, all packages become the freight company’s responsibility upon our release to the carrier; therefore, any freight/shipping damage claims must be made to the freight company. Inspect your parcel carefully before signing the freight receipt from the driver. Note any irregularities or damage on the freight receipt. If the package is in good condition, open it immediately and check for hidden damages. Hidden damages must be reported to the freight company without any delay. Freight companies will not honor late claims even they are at fault. Retain the original shipping carton and packing materials. Do not return damaged items without prior approval. The freight company will not be responsible for the damaged items if you send the items back to MEMORYFAB.COM. Since they cannot reimburse you, your loss will not be covered. Products that are damaged through the negligence of the shipping company (Private Trucking/FedEx/UPS/ETC.) must be reported by the customer to the shipping company within 24 hours after receiving order. If not, the customer will be held liable for all damages acquired through shipping. Please remember to not discard any portion of the packaging material. The shipper will send a representative to inspect the carton and its contents. Always remember to personally inspect all packages prior to signing acceptance of shipment. Failure to do so can hold you liable for damages.

RETURNS: In the event that a purchase must be returned, please contact a Memoryfab.com salesperson. Customers will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges for returns due to wrong order received, placed, or manufacturer defect. Customer must notify Memoryfab.com within 24 hours after receiving merchandise. Failure to do so will result in a waiver of customer’s right to return the merchandise, absent a written authorization by higher management. All returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking charge. For all returned merchandise, freight charges must be pre-paid by customer unless stated otherwise.

SPECIAL ORDERS: For special orders, half of the amount is taken at the time of order and the rest is taken at delivery. Special orders are non-cancelable and non-refundable. Special orders may take anywhere between 4 to 16 weeks.

BACKORDERS: Backorders may take anywhere from 4 to 12 weeks. If you would like to cancel your backorder there is a 20% cancellation fee.

WARRANTIES: All items are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of the shipment to you. All parts are carefully inspected. Parts returned for warranty will be exchanged or credited at our option. Memoryfab.com will not back warranty request due to shipping damage, improper handling and installation, abuse, neglect, accidents or competition use. Warranty claims apply to the parts only and do not cover labor, installation, paint, or other incidental charges.

CONTINGENCIES: Memoryfab.com shall not be liable for any failures to produce product to Buyer when the cause of such failure is an act of God, labor dispute, supplies or material shortage; act of local state, national, civic, or other authorities or public agencies; utility or communication failure, accidents, strikes, transportation problems; mold damages or defects, or any act or cause that does not normally occur in the ordinary course of Seller’s business.

DISCLAIMER: By accepting these terms and conditions, customer acknowledges that every aftermarket part including but not limited to: body kits, hoods, fenders, scoops, etc., require modification for installation including but not limited to: shaving, cutting, prepping, sanding, etc. MEMORYFAB.COM strongly recommends that this work be performed by a trained professional or a professional body shop to guarantee the best results. Should a customer perform his or her own modifications on any aftermarket part, Memoryfab.com will not accept any returns and will not provide any refunds on the items. For all carbon fiber hoods, MEMORYFAB.COM recommends the use of hood pins. MEMORYFAB.COM is not responsible for any latch malfunctions or mistakes made during installation that might cause the hood to unlatch.
